My family had a wonderful experience. We went to this location in Orchard Mall, over several months. Someone different helped us each time (different day of the week each trip), and every single one of them have been exceptional! The products are great too, but you knew that! #Stealthtech Michelle recently helped me to save more after a better deal was announced shortly after! These people care, and are not commissioned motivated.

The products are great some of the staff are pretty useless. Spent close to an hour there trying to get a replacement cover for one cushion. They tried to charge me for a whole couch and were going to ship to another state. When it finally looked like they fixed the order I was still shipped the wrong product… maybe find another store with competent staffing.

Very helpful with assisting us and helping us determine the configuration that best met our needs. Didn’t try and upsell and was very patient in explaining all the different configurations. Very impressed with the company’s business model and management of retail store. Thank you for your help! Can’t wait to get our new sofa!

Very impressed by Lovesac and the sactional. We put a lot of thought into investing in a nice couch and we’re very happy. We love entertaining and watching movies and it is so comfy! We also have a pup and are happy we can wash the covers whenever needed. The customer service was stellar along with the showroom support where we ordered. Alex at the Newcity location in Chicago was helpful, personable, and friendly. It felt like talking with a human versus a salesperson. The couch was delivered 2 weeks later without any complications which was so nice since you never know with FedEx and the multiple boxes.

Excellent service. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with decision making. What I really appreciated was there suggestions on saving me a few dollars. The product is pricey but worth it. Love the concept and idea that I can almost have this for a lifetime and change up the look due to the modular abilities. Very excited!

She is a deal maker, great communicator and always follows up. Great crew! Fillippe assisted me directly this past visit and was extraordinarily helpful.
